Need to seen the undersurface if possible. At first glance my suggestion is Schizophyllum commune which has split gills, a feature not apparent in this image, Stereum has a smoothish undersurface
Hard one! Both have yellow brown spores. Though with the Tapinella panuoides I've seen there has been evidence of lilac colour at the base of fungus and mycelium and they've been a bit more elongated in form even when young. Good to have a look at the species when a bit more mature as long as not resulting in divorce!!;)
