Random things are clumped. (Exactly even spacing is the opposite of random). So a low level of coincidence like this is not evidence of a pattern. And there is a huge amount of mortality going on in nature, mostly unnoticed. I would refrain from thinking of explanations such as poisoning or disease until and unless more information becomes available.

No. However the 4 adjacent Conservation Areas have P Norfolcensis projects with nesting boxes and they have been confirmed by several observers both in boxes and spotlighting. No P notatus have been identified in this area.
