It is small. That’s why I thought fairy orchid. But it was a month ago we had dozens (hundreds?) of what I’d guessed were fairy orchids so it seemed strange for 2 to flower yesterday. (Assuming I was right about fairy’s last month)

C.fuscata flowers a fair bit earlier and has labellum lobes that are strongly incurved. This will be in the C.carnea group that includes C.pusilla and C.mentiens, if these are nearby to where you are and still in flower could you measure the length of the petals and sepals?

Upon review I reckon both of your sightings might be C.mentiens.
