Tarrago River- Labertouche Creek Small reserves. Heavy regrowth zones after the 2009 fires that nearly wiped out these areas. Nesting (Goshawk): needs firm ID. This was young birds first flight day. Parent each encouraged it with tempting prey as they circled and called. The last pic of this series is the last moment before take-off and what a clumsy flight it was.
