User's notes

Mount Worth State Park protects a remnant of the forests that once covered the western Strzelecki Ranges. Tall wet forests and tree ferns flourish in sheltered gullies. Regrowth of the area has occurred after logging in the 1920-40 period. Dense undergrowth is extensive. Lyrebirds are common throughout the park.
