I guess on review it has to be D.pardina (or D.curvifolia if you follow the D.L Jones circumscription), seems like that the only one in Victoria

Not *Isolepis levynsiana* which has flattened spikelets .
Prefer to have magnified visual knowledge of the seeds to confirm identifications of species in this group of multiple *Isolepis* spp. which have similar gross (unmagnified) appearances, looking like this plant in these three photographs,
eg. including *Isolepis inundata* and so on .

Branchlets clearly show hairyness between the leaves .
We may barely see or infer hairs inside the floral tubes .
